ARHA keeps the issues of reproductive health, population and development on the agenda through regular participation in, attendance at and monitoring of various international and United Nations conferences and seminars.

ARHA monitors and joins with other civil society organisations in providing and contributing to policy development and commentary on the key United Nations meetings of relevance to Sexual and Reproductive Health issues.
ARHA also has NGO Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations which allows ARHA to be invited to and attend international conferences convened by the United Nations as well as speak and circulate statements at subsidiary bodies meetings.
